Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 250 g crab, frozen
- 1 jar mussels in marinade
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml broth
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the frozen crab in a colander and blanch it in hot water. Drain the mussels in a colander, reserving the marinade. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Then deglaze with the white wine and allow it to reduce completely. Now add the stock and simmer gently. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente. Finally, let the crabs simmer in the hot stock and stir in the mussels. Season to taste with the reserved marinade, salt, and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and stir it into the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
