Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 600 g seafood, frozen, mixed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml fish stock
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g double cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash and dry the dill, then finely chop the ends. Sauté the onions in hot oil until translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fish stock and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add the cream and dill and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Finely puree the onions in the sauce, add the double cream, and stir until smooth. Stir the seafood into the sauce and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with spaghetti.
