Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 chili pepper(s) (Habanero pepper), fresh or dried
- 200 g sour cream
- 400 g mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- 1 onion(s)
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with hot chilies
Dice the onion and fry in oil. Gradually add the sliced mushrooms. Simmer until the mushrooms have almost completely released their moisture. Meanwhile, add the spices and finely chopped chili pepper. Just before it starts to burn, reduce the heat significantly. Add the sour cream to the pot and stir quickly. Simmer again, adding a few more fresh herbs if desired.
