  • 750 g minced pork
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes (400 ml)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 pkt. cheese (herb cheese, 200 g each)
  • 2 cans of vegetables (Mexican mix, corn, beans)
  • Salt

Party soup

Brown the minced meat, add the sliced ​​leek, and fry until browned. Then add the broth and chopped tomatoes. Now add the crème fraîche, cream, cheese, and vegetable mixture. Simmer everything together for about 20 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette.
