Cheese and spinach soup

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g spinach (frozen)
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 20 g flour
  • 4 tsp broth, instant
  • 700 ml water
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Sauté both in hot oil until golden brown, then dust with flour and add 700 ml of water. Stir in the instant broth. Bring to a boil, gradually adding the processed cheese and allowing it to dissolve. Finally, add the spinach. Simmer everything over low heat until the spinach is thawed. Season with nutmeg and paprika and serve immediately.
