Spaghetti with chard

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chard
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Ginger powder
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the chard, setting aside 2 tender leaves, and cut the remaining leaves without coarse stems into strips. Finely dice the onion and garlic clove. Wash the cherry tomatoes, quarter them, and remove the stem ends. Heat the butter, add the onion and vegetables, and simmer everything for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir the crème fraîche into the chard sauce and blend everything until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and ginger powder. Cut the 2 chard leaves into thin strips. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, stir it into the sauce, and serve sprinkled with the tomatoes and chard.
