Christmas cookies

Beat the margarine until fluffy, then gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and jam. Add 2/3 of the flour, a tablespoon at a time. Knead in the remaining flour and the almonds. If the dough is sticky, chill. Then roll out and cut out thin stars. Bake at 180°C for 5-8 minutes. The cookies should remain relatively light in color. Spread the cooled stars with more pineapple jam and stick one on each star without jam. Then melt the milk chocolate coating and spread it on one side of the star, then decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
