Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 70 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 jar cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients (except egg whites, cream, and cranberries) in a batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Then bake in a greased springform pan at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Cover the finished base with a layer of cranberries. Beat the cream until stiff and spread it over the cake.
