Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ cup oil
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 glasses of water
- some parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Remove the outer leaves from the white cabbage, wash, and cut into pieces as evenly sized as possible. Boil in a pot with a glass of water. Purée after cooking. Briefly sauté the flour in a pot with hot oil. Gradually add the milk and remaining water. Add the white cabbage purée. Cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
