Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of cream powder (Paradise Cream Vanilla)
- 500 g strawberries, fresh, ripe
- 8 tartlets (sponge cake)
- some powdered sugar
Instructions

quick-and-easy
Whisk the cream with the mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Add the Paradise Cream and mix everything until stiff (it’s really quick). Spread the cream on top of the tartlets in piles. Wash and stem the strawberries. Then quarter them lengthwise and press them into the cream all around with the blunt end. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. These delicious little calorie bombs are ready to serve.
