Strawberry tart on vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of shortcrust pastry tartlets (8 pieces)
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g strawberries, small
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the pudding with the milk and sugar according to the package directions. Wash and chop the strawberries. Then spoon 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of pudding onto each tartlet. Arrange the strawberries on top and cover with the prepared glaze. Briefly toast the almond slivers in a hot pan (without oil!) and sprinkle over the tartlets. Serve immediately if possible, as the shortcrust pastry will soften after a few hours. Enjoy!
