Kohlrabi soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small kohlrabi, including the kohlrabi greens
  • ¾ liter broth
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 4 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the kohlrabi, then add it to the broth in a pot. Make a dumpling out of the butter and flour, add it to the broth, and simmer covered. Once cooked, stir well, add the cream, and then add the chopped kohlrabi leaves.
