Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g palm fat (Palmin)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g chocolate (Noisette), crushed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Wafers, large, square

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slowly melt the Palmin. Add the chopped chocolate, sugar, and eggs. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then let the cream cool until spreadable. Spread the cream about 2 mm thick on a wafer, then place another wafer on top. Repeat this process until you have about 8 layers (the last layer must be a wafer!). Weigh it down with a board and refrigerate overnight. Cut into strips and serve the next day.
