Ciabatta tomato casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 7 large tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 300 g ham
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes. Slice them along with the mozzarella and ciabatta. Layer all the ingredients alternately in a greased baking dish, finishing with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
