Buttered vegetable salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Heat the buttered vegetables with 2 tablespoons of water, let cool slightly, and transfer to a bowl. Add the grated Gouda and the apple (chopped very finely). Add the Miracle Whip, yogurt, and lemon juice and mix. Then add the chopped parsley.
