Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 apples, grated
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • e.g. cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without eggs, with grated apples

Mix the ingredients; the batter should be viscous—just add more water if needed. Pour onto a baking sheet, smooth it out, and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar or icing, if desired. This is a very moist cake that can also be baked the day before.
