Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 6 Mettwurst, smoked
- 1 cup sour cream
- vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Vegeta
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Sauté the sliced onions in a large pot with a little fat until translucent. Pour in the broth. Bring to a boil briefly, then simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat. Cut the Mettwurst sausages into approximately 1 cm wide slices and add them. Simmer for about 1 hour over low heat. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and Vegeta. Serve with garlic baguette, which can be dipped into the soup.
