Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g crab
- 1 tsp, heaped dill, fresh
- 85 g flour
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g yogurt
- n. B. Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and oil a bagel pan. Finely chop half of the crab and the dill (spread the other half over the dough before baking). Mix all the remaining ingredients into a batter and pour into the pan. Spread the remaining half of the crab on top. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
