Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
- 350 g flour (type 550)
- ¾ pack of yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple white bread for the bread maker
Add the ingredients one at a time to the bread maker. The salt and yeast should not come into contact with each other, and the water should be lukewarm. Program: White Bread. Browning: Light. Yields one loaf weighing approximately 740 g.
