First, cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the carrot, bell pepper, and apple and fry them in olive oil. Add the rice and fry briefly. Meanwhile, crack the egg into another pan and season with salt and pepper. Now finely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the rice and vegetables, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
