Cheeseburger salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s), with peel
  • 1 small onion(s), cut into half rings
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 1 pack of meatballs, mini
  • 1 serving of dressing (yogurt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the salad ingredients. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, the tomatoes and cucumbers into chunks, and the Emmental cheese into sticks. Place everything in a bowl along with the onions. Add the mini meatballs and toss the salad with the yogurt dressing.
