Colorful cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples, sour
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the apples and cucumber and cut into small cubes. Dice the Gouda and salami. Mix the crème fraîche, milk, and oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the ingredients. Let the cheese salad marinate for a while before serving.
