Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 200g Camembert(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 kg leek
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- Thyme
- salt and pepper
- oil

Suitable for slimming while sleeping
Clean the leek and slice into half rings. Finely dice the onion. Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil. Sauté the onion, leek, and thyme for about 3 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper, bring to a simmer, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Finely chop the cheese, add it, and let it melt. Meanwhile, fry the salmon fillets in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Arrange the fish with the leek and serve.
