Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150g mortadella
  • 1 slice(s) Gouda, medium-aged
  • 6 small gherkins
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice, alternatively herb vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • Pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and tasty

Peel and finely chop the onion, cut the cucumber, sausage, and cheese into small pieces, and place everything in a bowl. Then add the oil and pickle juice, mix thoroughly, and season with ground pepper. Serve with pretzels, and a wheat/wheat beer rounds off the dish.
