Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 pack of potato dumplings
- 2 spring onions
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Sea salt
- lemon juice
- Spice mix (chicken spice)
- oil

First, brown the chicken on both sides in a little oil and season with chicken seasoning. Push the meat aside and fry the potato dumplings in the chicken fat until golden brown. Finally, add the spring onions and fry briefly. For the dip, mix the crème fraîche with sea salt and a few squeezes of lemon juice to taste.
