Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken thighs, seasoned
- 6 potatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- Olives, black
- olive oil
- 1 lemon(s)
- Salt
- rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet. Peel and halve the potatoes. Quarter the tomatoes. Place both on the baking sheet with a handful of olives. Season with salt, drizzle with plenty of olive oil, and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. White bread tastes great with it.
