Nectarine smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 300 g yogurt, or half yogurt half buttermilk
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Nectarine yogurt drink, super delicious, fresh and quick to make!

Peel and pit the nectarines, cut into quarters, and place them in a measuring jug (you can leave the skin on if you prefer). Add the yogurt, sugar, and milk, and blend well with a hand blender. Pour into a large glass. Makes approximately 350 ml.
