Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 nectarines
- 150 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 200 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 pinch(s) brown cane sugar, each jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with yogurt
Wash the nectarines, remove the stones, and cut them into large cubes. Place them in a blender along with the yogurt, milk, and lemon juice and puree with a hand blender. Pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with brown sugar. You can drink it or eat it by the spoonful, as you prefer. This recipe makes 650 ml.
