Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 150 g honey, light, liquid
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 150 g tomato ketchup
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 g mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic. Then add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Makes about 600 ml. Any leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
