Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed, 500 ml each
  • 400 g noodles or kritharaki
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the onions and slice into strips. Wash and trim the cabbage, and slice into strips. Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the minced meat. Add the cabbage and onions and fry for about 4 minutes. Pour in the broth and passata and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the raw pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Add to the stew and season with salt and pepper. Tip: The passata can also be replaced with 1 large can (800 ml) of peeled tomatoes and 4 fresh tomatoes. 880 kcal per serving.
