all-in-one
Peel and dice the potatoes, clean the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces, and wash the chicken breasts, possibly cutting them into pieces. Pour 1 liter of water into the MC and season with salt. Place the potatoes in the small steamer basket and hang them in place. Add the vegetables (I used broccoli, red bell peppers, and fresh mushrooms) to the deep steamer basket and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning if desired. You can use whatever you have on hand or what tastes best. Grease the shallow steamer basket and arrange the seasoned chicken breasts on top (leaving vents so the steam can circulate). Close the lid. Stack all the baskets in the MC on top of each other and close tightly. Select steam cooking and steam for about 25 minutes. Done. Be careful when opening the baskets—the steam is hot! Arrange the individual ingredients on a plate and serve with lime sauce if desired. You’ve got a healthy, delicious meal ready with very little effort.
