Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 500 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pack of gelatin
  • 5 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream, vanilla flavor)
  • 2 bottles of sauce (strawberry sauce)
  • Chocolate, white
  • 30 g sugar
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet. The batter will be relatively thin. Bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool. Whip 250g of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the vanilla yogurt with the sugar. Dissolve 1 sachet of gelatin and stir in. Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt and spread the cream evenly over the cold base. Let the cream set. Mix the remaining cream with the paradise cream powder and beat for 3 minutes. Then, using a thin cake syringe or piping bag, pipe “spaghetti” onto the yogurt cream. Spread the strawberry sauce thinly over the “spaghetti.” Sprinkle the grated white chocolate on top to create “Parmesan.”
