Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g carrot(s), peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 pomelo(s), peeled, cut into pieces
- 1 orange(s), peeled, cut into pieces
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 150 g vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (mountain flower honey), liquid
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
- 1 sprig mint, leaves picked, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blend carrots, pomelo, orange, buttermilk, vanilla yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a blender until creamy, divide between 4 glasses and serve sprinkled with mint.
