Carrot pomelo smoothie à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s), peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 pomelo(s), peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 orange(s), peeled, cut into pieces
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 150 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (mountain flower honey), liquid
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 1 sprig mint, leaves picked, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend carrots, pomelo, orange, buttermilk, vanilla yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a blender until creamy, divide between 4 glasses and serve sprinkled with mint.
