Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g margarine
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g walnuts, ground
  • 280 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g wheat flour type 1050
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 30 cookies

Mix the ingredients with a dough hook or by hand. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Form the mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet, not too tightly. Flatten slightly with a wet spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
