Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 200 g flour (type 405)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 140 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 75 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops) or finely chopped chocolate
- Chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Place the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon, and sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth. Fold in the oats, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and mix well. Use 2 teaspoons to place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 175°C for about 25 minutes. Cool the macarons on a wire rack. This recipe yields about 75 macarons.
