Quick ravioli pot with the Prep & Cook

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g ravioli, fresh
  • 100 g spinach, fresh
  • 50 g dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces if necessary
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Insert the Ultrablade blade and finely chop the onion (speed 12, 10 seconds). Replace the Ultrablade with the mixing and stirring attachment and push the onion pieces into the center with the spatula. Add the olive oil and start cooking program P1. Then add the remaining ingredients (except pepper, salt, and cheese), stir briefly, and cook on speed 2 at 95 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Finally, season with pepper and salt and serve with grated cheese. This dish can also be prepared in a regular pot (without a food processor).
