Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 egg yolks
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml vodka or double grain schnapps
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Attach the whisk and stir attachment and add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. Set to speed 6, 70 degrees Celsius, 10 minutes. Pour the eggnog through a fine sieve again and bottle while still warm. Sterilize the bottles briefly with hot water beforehand. This batch is enough for two 0.33-liter bottles. Eggnog is a hit with us.
