Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 m.-large bell pepper(s), red and yellow
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 250 ml cream
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp instant chicken broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash and trim the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Sauté them in a pan until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Fry the chicken breasts in the pan until golden brown on all sides, deglaze with cream and add chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper, paprika, and herbs. Braise for 20-25 minutes. Then add the bell pepper strips and heat through.
