Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ kg chicken breast fillet(s), cut into cubes
  • 10 cm sausage, hot, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • ½ tsp chili pepper(s), dried, crumbled
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar rice
  • 2 jars chicken broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and brown the chicken and sausage. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, chili pepper, spices, and hot sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, rice, and broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Season to taste; it needs to be very spicy.
