- 2 portions of pasta, cooked, leftover
- 1 pack of diced ham
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying

Well, sometimes you make a mistake when cooking pasta and end up with a ton of leftovers. I always do this: Fry the pasta in a pan until translucent. Then add diced ham (available ready-made) and two eggs. Fry everything thoroughly again, and you’re done. Tip: If you like, you can add a few canned mushrooms. This is especially suitable for beginners who aren’t yet familiar with seasoning; since the ham is salty, no additional seasoning is needed. If you like, you can add a little pepper.
