  • 120 g sausage or ham (leftovers)

  • 70 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

easy and quick use of leftovers (whatever the fridge has to offer)

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (or use leftover pasta from the day before). Trim and wash the leeks, and cut them into half rings. Finely chop the leftover sausage and ham and fry them in a non-stick pan with the leeks (with a little extra fat if necessary). Add the pasta and fry for a while. Sprinkle with cheese, mix, and let the cheese melt slightly. Stir in the herbs and season with spices, if desired. Depending on the type of sausage and cheese, this may not be necessary. Divide among plates and garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
