Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 45 g cocoa
  • 80 g pecans
  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, combine the powdered sugar with the cocoa. Then, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and add them to the powdered sugar mixture. Briefly mix everything until a dough forms. Roughly chop the pecans and chocolate and mix them into the cocoa and egg mixture. Place walnut-sized balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet and flatten gently with your hand. Bake the cookies in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes.
