Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ snake cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the gherkin and halve it lengthwise, then quarter it. Then cut the quarters into thicker pieces. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Drain the mozzarella cheese, if desired, and cut it into small cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
