Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g salmon, fresh
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 48 minutes

Finely dice the shallots and sauté them in olive oil until translucent. First, thinly slice the salmon, then finely dice it, and season with salt, pepper, and coriander. Stir in the sautéed shallot and press in the garlic. Mix the mixture thoroughly, cover, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You can serve the tartar with an ice cream scoop or an espresso cup, for example. It’s delicious and ideal as a starter at a buffet.
