Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml milk
- 80 g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
quick and easy
Bring the milk, sugar, salt, and tagliatelle pasta to a boil. Simmer until the pasta is tender. This recipe also works with tagliatelle pasta from the previous day, but the cooking time will be shortened. Variation: Whisk an egg into the soup for an even more filling filling.
