Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lentils
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the lentils according to the package instructions in three times the amount of water. Finely dice the onions and fry them in olive oil in a pan. Add the raisins and fry briefly. Add the lentils and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir only as necessary to prevent the lentils from becoming unnecessarily mushy. Serve with rice.
