Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp ice cream (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp cream
- 500 g yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Puree pineapple and lemon juice in a tall bowl. Stir in yogurt, ice cream, and cream. Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.
