Cold chocolate-vanilla milkshakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp instant cocoa powder (alternatively vanilla milk powder)
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (chocolate, without chocolate chips)
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • some cocoa powder for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine half of the milk with the cocoa powder and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer until frothy. Then stir in the remaining milk. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each of the 2 glasses and pour over the chocolate milk. Dust with cocoa powder to serve. Tip: You can also add another scoop of chocolate ice cream to each of the glasses, but then use only 400 ml of milk.
