Papaya yogurt drink

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 papaya
  • 300 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 100 ml water, still and cold
  • 15 g glucose, more or less to taste
  • 2 shots of lemon juice (concentrate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces and add to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend for a while until smooth. The drink tastes best chilled. Tip: Really delicious papayas can usually be found in Turkish or Indian grocery stores. Papayas contain only about 330 mg of fructose per 100 g of pulp, making them low in fructose and suitable for people with fructose malabsorbers. Lemon juice concentrate is artificially produced and also contains no fructose. Makes about three glasses.
