Nut – nougat – cream – muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g Nutella or other hazelnut spread
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

You almost always have the ingredients at home, makes 12 pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat the butter, hazelnut spread, sugar, eggs, and milk with a mixer until smooth. Then add the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. I always use an ice cream scoop to measure the batter; it works really well! Then bake the whole thing at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
